The Everyday Parent Project.

For ALL the moments that make up the middle years

We Start June 11th at 1pm ET/12pm CT

An 8-week virtual cohort designed for parents of 3–8year-olds. Providing practical parenting tools, evidence-based support, and a nurturing community.

Does this sound familiar?

Now that your children are out of diapers, in school full time, or even knocking on puberty’s door, the challenges feel different.

You’re facing:

  • Frequent yelling matches with your kids

  • Persistent attitude and defiance

  • A culture of threats, bribes, and punishments

  • Nightly bedtime battles

  • Chaotic morning routines

  • Concerns about rude behavior or sibling rivalry

  • Struggles with school refusal or friendship issues

  • Disagreements with your parenting partner

  • Challenges managing screen time

It doesn’t have to be this way!

Instead, what if…

by joining The Everyday Parent Project, you:

  • Stop Using Things That Don’t Work: You’ll have so much more in your toolkit than punishments, bribes, and threats.

  • Achieve More Cooperation: Learn techniques that foster cooperation from your children.

  • Access Practical Tools: Utilize resources that offer real-world applications.

Parenting beyond the toddler years presents unique challenges. As your child develops their identity, sense of self, and value system, the way you engage with them is pivotal. Despite the critical nature of these years, few communities offer dedicated support for parents navigating this stage. The Everyday Parent Project fills this gap by providing a structured, supportive environment tailored to your needs.

Ready to embark on this transformative journey?

Spaces are limited to 10 participants to ensure personalized attention. Secure your spot today and take the first step toward empowered parenthood.

What You Get

When you join the cohort, you’ll embark on a live 8 week journey that follows an evidence-based curriculum. Your (included!) digital workbook is 200 pages of curated information from leading voices in child development. You’ll get reflection and journaling prompts to apply what you learn to your unique experiences and family life.

As one parent put it,

“This workbook is so evidently applicable to my entire life. It has opened my eyes in so many ways.”

Meet Your Coach

Hi! I’m Rachael. I’m in the middle years just like you! My babies aren’t babies anymore - they're 10, 6, and 4. These years are uniquely challenging and impactful.

If you “aged out” of your New Moms Group and you’re looking for a supportive tribe to help you navigate ALL the moments that make up the middle years, welcome home!

Each week, I’ll be your guide. I’m a former preschool teacher, mom x 3, ten year veteran of national education non-profit Teach For America, and certified parenting coach (The Jai Institute for Parenting).

My journey into parenthood was a rocky one! It’s now my life’s work to help other parents find their parenthood joy and confidence. I’ve helped hundreds of parents create bonds with their children that last a lifetime and impact the lineage of their family.

As Featured In

“I don’t scream at my kids anymore. And they’ve noticed the change. It’s everything.”

Michelle - mom x 3

“The curriculum is gold. It doesn’t just apply to my parenting, it’s for my whole life! ”

Aubrey - mom x 2

“I love who I am as a mother. I didn’t always think that was possible.”

Elizabeth - mom x 4

“This is for dads too. I’ve noticed a change after one week.”

Seth - dad x 2

What are you waiting for?

I don’t have time right now.

I get it—parenting life is full. But that’s exactly why this group exists. You don’t need hours of free time—you need a pocket of space where you are supported. Each weekly session is just one hour, and everything is recorded if you need to catch up. Imagine what your days might feel like with a little more calm, fewer power struggles, and more connection. That’s what we’re building—one hour at a time.

It’s too expensive.

$397 over 8 weeks breaks down to less than $50 a week—less than one dinner out or one therapy co-pay. But the tools, confidence, and clarity you’ll gain? They’ll support you for years to come. This isn’t just a parenting group—it’s your manual, your village, your guide when the chaos hits. Investing in this now can mean fewer costly interventions later.

Things aren’t that bad yet - I’m managing ok.

This isn’t about surviving—it’s about growing. The Everyday Parent Project isn’t just for crisis-mode; it’s for thoughtful, proactive parents who want to parent with more intention, more connection, and more joy. If you’ve ever thought, “I want to do this better, but I don’t know how,”—this is your place.

I’m already in therapy/reading books/following parenting accounts.

Therapy is amazing. Books and Instagram tips are helpful. But what they don’t offer is real-time community, live coaching, and an actual curriculum that helps you apply what you’re learning. This group brings it all together: accountability, support, practical strategies, and the feeling that you’re no longer doing this alone.
